Filming Locations of the Movie Bombay

The places where Bombay was shot are very important to understanding its strong story and emotional depth. This movie came out in 1995 and was directed by Mani Ratnam. It stars Arvind Swamy and Manisha Koirala. It’s a moving story about love, family, and sticking together in the face of racial strife in Mumbai.

A Glimpse into the Storyline

Shekhar (Arvind Swamy), a Hindu guy, falls in love with Muthu (Manisha Koirala), a Muslim woman. Bombay is about their life together. Their love story takes place in a world that is changing quickly, especially in Mumbai in the early 1990s, when there were riots. The pair has a hard time managing their relationship in a society that is divided.

The movie does a great job of showing their problems and victories as they try to keep their family together even though there are pressures from outside sources. Bombay is still a major work that people connect with today thanks to its compelling story and strong acting. The movie is famous not only for its plot, but also for its beautiful images and unforgettable music.
