Kareena Kapoor Speaks on the Attack on Saif Ali Khan: “A Challenging Day for the Family”

Kareena Kapoor recently addressed the shocking attack on her husband, Saif Ali Khan, calling it an “incredibly challenging day for our family.” Kareena Kapoor, an actress, responded to reports that her husband, Saif Ali Khan, was stabbed during a possible break-in at their Mumbai home by telling everyone to respect their boundaries. The actor asked everyone to stay away from “relentless speculation and coverage” because it was a tough day.

Kareena finally spoke out about the attack on her husband on Instagram. The actor wrote in her note that the constant attention is becoming too much and is a big risk for the family.

“It has been an incredibly challenging day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have unfolded. As we navigate this difficult time, I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from the relentless speculation and coverage,” Kareena wrote.

She added, “While we appreciate the concern and support, the constant scrutiny and attention are not only overwhelming but also pose a significant risk to our safety. I kindly request that you respect our boundaries and give us the space we need to heal and cope as a family”.

Kareena also thanked everyone for being there for her during this tough time. “I’d like to thank you ahead of time for your understanding and help during this difficult time,” the actor wrote at the end of the note.

Burglary attempt at Saif-Kareena’s residence

Thursday, someone broke into Saif’s apartment on the 12th floor in the high-class Bandra area and stabbed him several times with a knife. Saif, 54, had to have emergency surgery and is now out of danger, according to doctors at Lilavati Hospital, where he was rushed after what happened at his apartment around 2:30 am.

After the accident, Saif’s staff took him to Lilavati Hospital in an auto rickshaw. In later interviews, Dr. Niraj Uttamani, the hospital’s chief operating officer, told the media that the actor had six injuries, two of which were serious. The knife that was stuck near his spine had to be taken out through surgery. Saif is safe and stable.
