The band has announced additional Coldplay tickets for their sold-out shows, giving fans another opportunity to witness their spectacular live performances. Coldplay announced a new concert ticket sale on Saturday afternoon, just a few weeks before its shows in Mumbai. Later this month, the British band will play three shows in the city before going to Ahmedabad for their last show in India.
On Saturday at 4:00 p.m., the last group of tickets for the three shows in Mumbai on January 18, 19, and 21 will go on sale through Bookmyshow. After an hour of waiting, the waiting room opened at 3:00 pm.
How to book Mumbai concert Coldplay tickets?
The Bookmyshow listing page says that there will only be a certain number of tickets available and that everyone should be in the waiting room between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Just because you get to the waiting room early doesn’t mean you’ll get a ticket or get to the front of the queue faster. An automated queue randomisation system will decide where to put each person in the waiting room in the queue when the sale starts.
Bookmyshow also told people who wanted to buy tickets not to close the page or click “back” because they needed to stay on the queue page to keep their spots.
If someone gets to the front of the queue, they will have about four minutes to choose a seat. Seats cost between 2,500 and 12,500.
When and where are the Coldplay shows?
Coldplay first announced two shows in Mumbai in the middle of September. This was their first trip back to India in almost ten years. Because so many people wanted to see them, the band added a third show at the DY Patil Stadium before announcing its fourth show in Ahmedabad.
The pop-rock group is now set to play on:
- January 18 — DY Patil Sports Stadium in Navi Mumbai
- January 19 — DY Patil Sports Stadium in Navi Mumbai
- January 21 — DY Patil Sports Stadium in Navi Mumbai
- January 25 — Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad
These shows are part of a world tour that started in 2022 to promote their album Music of the Spheres. Chris Martin (vocals), Jonny Buckland (guitar), Guy Berryman (bass), and Will Champion (drums) are known for putting on electrifying shows that really connect with their fans.
