The devastating California wildfires have claimed not only landscapes but also homes of many, including celebrities like Billy Crystal, Paris Hilton, and Mandy Moore. Parts of Los Angeles County have been burned down by wildfires, and Hollywood stars are among the many people who have lost their homes.
The Palisades Fire was the worst in L.A. history, and it destroyed the home that Billy Crystal, star of the TV show Before, and his wife Janice had lived in for 46 years.
There are no words to describe the enormity of the destruction we are seeing and feeling,” the couple told the Hollywood Reporter in a joint statement. “Our hearts hurt for our friends and neighbours who have also lost their homes and businesses in this terrible event.” Our home has been ours since 1979. This is where we raised our kids and grandchildren. Our house was filled with love all over. Lovely memories that you can’t lose. Of course this breaks our hearts, but our kids and friends will help us get through it. We pray that the firefighters and other first responders stay safe. It’s where we live.
Scary Movie star Anna Faris also lost her home in that area, but she said she was safe.
A rep for Anna told People, “She and her family are safe and very thankful.”

after a fire destroyed her home and the neighbourhood around it. She was able to go see her house on January 9 and said it is “mostly intact” but “not livable.” A second house on the property, the garage, and her musician husband Taylor Goldsmith’s studio, which had all of his instruments and gear, all caught fire.
TMZ says that Adam Brody, who was in Nobody Wants This, and his wife, actress Leighton Meester, had their home in Pacific Palisades destroyed. This news source said that John Goodman, Jeff Bridges, Candy Spelling, Miles Teller, and Anthony Hopkins’ homes burned down.
Melissa Rivers, who is also from Pacific Palisades, lost her house but was “deeply grateful to be unharmed.”
