Sakamoto Days Anime Production Issues Leave Fans Outraged

The Sakamoto Days anime production issues have left fans frustrated and concerned about its release. Fans of the popular manga series Sakamoto Days have been looking forward to its anime adaptation. Staff member Satoshi Sakai recently shared on X some challenges that the anime studio, TMS Entertainment, deals with, particularly when it comes to creating the show’s intense action scenes.

These concerns grew after a recent episode of Sakamoto Days revealed that 23 different production studios were involved in making the show. The large number of contributors raises worries about whether the anime’s staff have enough time to work on it, according to Screen Rant.

What did the Sakamoto Days staff member say?

Sakai says that the storyboards and layouts for the second half of Sakamoto Days episode four were only partly done. One big worry about Sakamoto Days is its large production team. The anime is outsourcing production more than ever, with 23 different studios involved in making just one episode.

Someone expressed their frustration on X, saying, “It annoys me how many average series are getting great adaptations, while OPM Season 3 and Sakamoto Days are getting poor production.”

Another person said, “If we trust what this person says, then crunch time is already impacting production. But I understand the feeling because I think many Sakamoto Days fans are worried about nothing; the anime actually looks good.”
