Dhoom Dhaam Movie Review
Story: Koyal (Yami Gautam Dhar) and Veer (Pratik Gandhi), who just got married, are thrown into chaos when armed strangers show up on their wedding night. The next part is a fast-paced mix of mystery, action, and comedy.
Review: Dhoom Dhaam is a thrilling ride of action, comedy, and mystery, made possible by the electric chemistry between Yami Gautam Dhar and Pratik Gandhi. What begins as a normal wedding night in a planned marriage quickly turns into a crazy adventure full of fake identities, unwanted guests, and hilariously awkward situations. The main mystery, “Charlie kaun hai and kaha hain?” keeps things interesting as the newlyweds deal with one surprise after another.
Families meet at the beginning of this 108-minute comedy, and because of a lack of shubh muhurat, Koyal and Veer get married in just two weeks. But the real fun starts on the night of their wedding, when Eijaz Khan breaks into their room and demands to know what’s going on. While Veer tries to talk him down, Koyal shows she’s not a helpless princess by quickly pulling out a gun. What happens next is both exciting and funny, as two people who don’t seem to go together find a link in the middle of all the chaos.

The film moves quickly and keeps your attention thanks to a clever script written by Aditya Dhar and Aarsh Vohra and directed by Rishab Seth. The story is pretty standard, and there are some obvious turns, but it’s well told, so there’s never a dull moment. The funny lines by Dhar make the movie even more enjoyable. Some of my favourites are when Veer says, “I’m a vegetarian because I’m a veterinarian—I can’t eat my patients,” or when Koyal jokes, “Aap se tum, tum se tu, aur tu se chu par bhi aa sakti hoon!”
Yami Gautam Dhar and Pratik Gandhi are at the heart of Dhoom Dhaam. As a brave, no-nonsense bride who takes charge of her fate, Yami gives an amazing performance that breaks stereotypes. Her strong speech about women and their problems is a lot like Kartik Aaryan’s famous rant in Pyaar Ka Punchnama, but with a strong feminist twist. On the other hand, Pratik Gandhi is surprisingly relatable. His comedic timing, openness, and ability to handle unexpected scenarios make him a joy to watch. Don’t miss his unique dance moves—they’ll make you want to cheer for him!

Eijaz Khan and Prateik Babbar (in a short but powerful cameo) give strong performances as well, rounding out the supporting group. One of the things that makes the movie more appealing is its lively music, which includes Arijit Singh’s soulful song “Silsila” and the catchy “How Are You.”
The script is snappy, the acting is great, and the mix of action, romance, and fun in Dhoom Dhaam makes it a real treat to watch. If you’re looking for a great Valentine’s Day movie, this is it! It has high drama, nonstop comedy, and endless surprises that will keep you hooked from beginning to end!
