KGF Yash told The Hollywood Reporter, “In Ramayana, if you had asked me, ‘Would you play any other character?’ I would have said, ‘Ravan.’” Most likely not. I think Ravana is the most interesting character to play as an actor, so I really enjoy the different shades and details of a character. It could be shown in a lot of different ways. For those who don’t know, the actor is not only in the movie, but he is also helping to make it.

Ramayana has more than just a big, ambitious cast. People also say that the Ranbir Kapoor movie is one of the most expensive ones ever made in Indian film. A story in Bollywood Hungama says that the movie costs ₹835 crore to make.

A source told Bollywood Hungama, “Ramayana is not just a movie; it’s an emotion, and the people who are making it are doing everything they can to make it a worldwide show.” USD 100 million, or ₹835 crore, is only for Ramayana: Part One. Namit Malhotra wants to make this even bigger as the brand grows. The plan is to give people a visual treat with Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram. Most of the money will go to CGI and finishing the movie after it’s been made. It is said that the film will be in post-production for 600 days.
